Comtech, LLC announced that it has been awarded a Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) for the Federal
Aviation Administration's (FAA) Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) program.
The contract, with a base period of five years plus two option years, will require comprehensive
professional services for the FAA and, on a limited basis and when in the best interest of the
Government, all other Federal government agencies, nationwide. This contract will be FAA's
preferred small business contracting vehicle for services.
Comtech is qualified and eligible to participate in the procurement process for the contract
awards for the following functional areas:
- Business Administration & Management (BAM)
- Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD)
- Compute Systems Support (CSS)
- Documentation & Training (D&T)
- Maintenance & Repair (M&R)
Periods of performance are as follows:
- Base period: 10/13/09 - 9/30/14
- Option year 1: 10/1/14 - 9/30/15
- Option year 2: 10/1/15 - 9/30/16
The ceiling amount for all tasks orders under eFAST is $2 billion.
