In less than six months, the DeCM Shared Services has progressed from a very expensive, inefficient traditional data center project, complete with significant customer dissatisfaction, to a comprehensive, scalable enterprise content management system in a multi-tiered, virtual environment. Comtech staff not only conquered the challenges of establishing the Documentum installation; they completely migrated our customers from the legacy environment; fully deployed several significant customer projects; developed model workflow solutions; and debugged and revised some very poorly developed, undocumented custom code for a very important DeCM customer.
