Technical Support Services
We received a task order award to provide technical support services for the Office of General Counsel (OGC) and the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (AK). We also provide PMO support, including training, user support, reporting, and business analysis of the user needs for resources and technology. Comtech monitors the network for critical events, including the servers and applications. Our team uses a variety of tools to monitor and analyze network behavior, as well as server and application health and performance. Our engineers are responsible for supporting the OCIO ISSO in maintaining the C&A by remediating scan results of servers and applications, performing daily auditing of events, maintaining security patches, and responding to plans of action and milestones (POA&M).
