Comtech holds an Information Technology Services Contract with New Castle County, Delaware. We provide services ranging from local desktop applications to large-scale integrated systems, including a variety of software languages, hardware, & state-of-art telecommunication network platforms.
New Castle County ITS
Currently, New Castle County uses a client server environment with Oracle and SQL Server databases, Unix Servers, Dell Servers, VMWare, and EMC storage. Specific skill sets required include SQL, PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft Active Directory, VMWare, Juniper, and Kbox, but are not limited to these areas.
New Castle County also supports a large network and uses a Helpdesk to manage desktop and user issues. Comtech provides project management and organizational structure to appropriately manage substantial contract support operations involving multiple projects and personnel at various New Castle County locations.
