The Alliant 3 GWAC provides Federal Government agencies with integrated IT solution services for evolving needs on a global basis. This allows for the application of technology to meet business needs including the ability to perform all current, leading edge and/or emerging IT services required to satisfy all IT services requirements anywhere and anytime worldwide. The Master Contract provides maximum flexibility in acquiring an IT service-based solution for any conceivable IT service-based requirement, driving government savings through efficiencies and improved reporting data with greater integrity, while maintaining an “Anything IT Anywhere” philosophy.

Comtech assists the GSA to develop tools that deliver critical information to facilitate decision-making that results, IT solutions, program management, application development, infrastructure and operations, cybersecurity, enterprise content/data management and staff augmentation.

Comtech's effort encompasses technical and program management support services to include: IT project management, system life-cycle support, system design and development, version release management, data design, information support, implementation and operation of search services, search design support and enterprise search engine optimization (SEO), user-centric design, usability testing, web design, mobile application design, multimedia design and implementation, application and product testing, accessibility testing and remediation, system and database administration, and the provision of technology environments under a variety of formats including those geographically dispersed.

Comtech has provided the following IT Services: Facility Operation and Maintenance, Systems Development and Analysis, Backup and Security Services, Data Conversion, and Network Management. Comtech is also working to Automate Information Systems Design and Integration Services, Update Programming Services, and Automate News Services, Data Services or Other Information Services.

Comtech, LLC and its partners have been awarded to be on-ramped onto the CIO-SP3 Government wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) – a 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Through this contract, Comtech uses a system approach to provide IT solutions and services such as health and biomedical related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.
