Comtech provides staffing services in accordance with the
State of North Carolina Department of Information
Technology Statewide IT Procurement Office.
Comtech is providing programming support for the GSA PBS
ITDS Developer Services Contract under SAIC. Alongside
SAIC, we are also providing support on the GSA PBS ITDS
contract under the task orders: Region 2, APPOPPS, RBITS
and OGC.
ITD/Information Technology Services – Comtech provides
temporary staffing services in accordance with the
Temporary Personnel Staff Agreement for Information
Technology for the City of Sunnyvale, CA. This opportunity
has provided us the avenue to propose solutions for
different tasks and service groups for the City of
Sunnyvale.
Comtech provides a cybersecurity operations center which
supports the County’s mission to protect sensitive data,
provide actionable threat intelligence and work in
conjunction with the County’s network to ensure the
integrity and availability of the County’s network system.
Comtech detects, analyzes and responds to security events
24/7 and is able to review, correlate and analyze events
from multiple platforms in support of protecting the
County’s systems and data.
Provide a Managed Detection and Response Provider service
to augment its internal security teams with 24/7 security
log monitoring, analytics, threat profiling, correlation
and alerting to help protect its data, systems and
infrastructure from potential cyber security threats.
Seaport Next Generation (NxG) is a multiple-award,
indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract
vehicle. Task orders issued on this contract vehicle will
support Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare
Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military
Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, the Office of
Naval Research, and the U.S. Marine Corps.
Comtech is very proud to announce that we have been
selected by Unisys as a partner to support the General
Services Administration Office of the Chief Information
Technology Service (PB-ITS) contract task order. This task
order covers IT support and services for managing IT
service delivery for the PB-ITS Application Management
Division.
Comtech is a subcontractor to IBM supporting Navy’s ERP
sustainment and special projects in Finance & Audit and
Supply Chain Planning and Master Data. The Navy ERP
solution includes over 100 interfaces to legacy systems
and other external partners with over 4.5 million IDOCS
posted and 555,000 batch jobs run per month. Comtech
consultants centrally located in Mechanicsburg, PA, but
coordinate with NAVSUP Aviation Planning Management in
Philadelphia and NAVSUP Maritime Planning Management in
Mechanicsburg to synchronize tasks. Comtech supported
operations and maintenance (O&M), development, reporting
and training; help desk incident resolution and
management, security administration, business process
innovation, modernization, and standardization across the
Navy organization to overcome differences in business
requirements and culture and to speed user adoption. We
are pleased to have the opportunity to support the Navy.
Comtech was awarded a contract as a Primary contractor
supporting the FAA ATO-200 and various FAA Lines of
Business for Application Development and Support, System
Integration, System O&M, System Administration, and Data
and Records Management. Comtech established
inter-operability with FAA core systems and migrating
system capabilities to a virtualized environment.
Comtech was awarded a $15Million contract to provide
Consulting, Recruitment and Staff Augmentation Services
for the Harris County Roll Road Authority. Comtech will
provide IT Consultants support to cover but not limit to
Network Lan/Wan Engineering and implementation services,
MS Windows server engineering and implementation services
and also Unix/Linus engineering and implementation
services. Comtech is pleased to have been selected as one
of the vendors by Harris County to provide these services.
The contract period is for 1 year plus 4 one year options.
Comtech was awarded a task order to provide the BPA call
in support of Region 2 of the Public Buildings Service
(PBS). Comtech consultants will provide application and
web development, maintenance, operational support and
ancillary services for PBS in the northeast and Caribbean
Region for the purpose of users and regional support. We
are please for the opportunity to provide IT service
support to GSA PBS.
Comtech received the CMMI Level-3 rating as a result of a
thorough assessment by the Software Engineering Institute
of Carnegie Mellon using the Standard CMMI Appraisal
Method for Process Improvement. Level 3 confirms
compliance in 18 critical areas including managerial and
engineering development process. Comtech’s Quality
Management System ensures services remain excellent in

Comtech was awarded a contract issued by the University of
Massachusetts in providing IT Staff Augmentation Services.
The University is composed of six(6) distinct operating
units. Comtech IT Consultants will support the
University’s five campuses and President’s Office
throughout the state. The base period for this contract is
three years, after which time the University may, at its
discretion, extend the contract for two additional 1 year
periods. If all option years are exercised, the contract
will remain in effect until February 28, 2021. We are
pleased to have this opportunity to support the
Massachusetts University.
Comtech is excited to announce that during its second
quarter of fiscal 2018, was awarded option period of a
contract issued by the Environment Protection Agency
(EPA). The Information Resources Management Division
(IRMD) within the Office of Administration and Resources
Management (OARM) located in Research Triangle Park, NC,
provides multiple Information Technology services to the
Environment Protection Agency (EPA). Comtech received a
task order award issued by the Environment Protection
Agency (EPA) to provide IT Support services to employees
at the US EPA within the RTP campus. Customers of these
services vary from scientists who utilize the graphics
design service for technical diagrams to PC users who
access SharePoint applications to access job specific
data. This task order includes key areas such as
Application Administration and Web Support, Computer
System Support, Consolidated Email, Lotus Notes, and
Domino Support, Online Library System Support, Graphics
Design and Multimedia support.
Comtech was awarded a task order to provide the BPA call
in support of the Public Buildings Service Information
Technology Service (PBS-IT), contract issued by the
General Services Administration (GSA). Comtech is to
provide Information Technology (IT) support services in
support of building monitoring and control (BMC) systems.
GSA is continually working to modernize federally-owned
buildings in order to achieve administration goals of
energy efficiency and sustainability. In support of these
goals, the Public Buildings Service (PBS) integrates
innovative and proven information technology BMC systems
into the federally-owned buildings to maximize operational
efficiencies, reduce energy consumption, and increase
tenant satisfaction. Comtech is to provide IT operational
and project management related services in support of the
BMC systems. Our personnel report to the PBS CIO’s office
and work alongside with GSA and PBS regional IT and
business line personnel to ensure the needs of the regions
and national program are coordinated and agreeably
satisfied.
Comtech received a task order award to provide technical
support services for the Office of General Counsel (OGC)
and the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (AK).
Comtech provides PMO support, including training, user
support, reporting, and business analysis of the user
needs for resources and technology. Comtech monitors the
network for critical events, including the servers and
applications. Our team uses a variety of tools to monitor
and analyze network behavior, as well as server and
application health and performance. Our engineers are
responsible for supporting the OCIO ISSO in maintaining
the C&A by remediating scan results of servers and
applications, performing daily auditing of events,
maintaining security patches, and responding to plans of
action and milestones (POA&M).
The General Services Administration (GSA) awarded Comtech
the Public Buildings Service (PBS) Legal task order for
$2.3 million under the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
for Information Technology and Development Services
(ITDS). Comtech will provide technical support services to
the Office of General Counsel and the Office of Equal
Employment Opportunity (AK). Comtech will also support the
continued operation of the Office of General Counsel (OGC)
Local Area Network (LAN). These services include desktop,
LAN, server support, training, user assistance,
development of presentation materials, support for
presentation equipment, documentation and reporting.
The National Institutes of Health Information Technology
Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) announced in
Federal Business Opportunities an Award Notice for the
Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 Small
Business (CIO-SP3) Ramp On, Solicitation Number
NIHJT2016015. Comtech have teamed up with Intepros Federal
Incorporated to win this award for the SDVOSP Group. The
contract has a performance period from April 2, 2018
extending through October 31, 2022 with a maximum value of
$20B. The contract is designed to support the full range
of IT services and health IT needs across the federal
government.
Comtech, LLC is supporting IBM on Army General Fund
Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS), the Army’s
Web-enabled financial, asset and accounting management
system. GFEBS scope includes a full range of services and
solutions necessary to support, sustain, and maintain
GFEBS Army-wide. Comtech provides technical and functional
support across GFEBS (i.e., fixes, modifications, and
enhancements) in order to ensure improvements in system
performance and availability, business process
efficiencies, audit readiness compliance and assurance,
and interoperability.
The Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes Board awarded Comtech
a contract to provide Information Technology Consultant
and Support Services. The TSVHB operates long care term
facilities for veterans and their spouses in Tennessee.
Comtech will provide network design, support, management
and maintenance for LAN/WAN equipment and infrastructure.
Comtech was awarded as a Primary Contractor for Document
Support Services for Electronic Document Management
System. The document key areas that we support are:
Documentum Architecture Services, Documentum Development
and Maintenance Support and Captiva InputAccel Development
and Maintenance Support.
Comtech received a multiple source award notice issued by
the State of Delaware to provide Cybersecurity and
Disaster Recovery Staffing and Services. Comtech will be
responsible for the professional quality, technical
accuracy, and timely completion of task orders provided by
the State of Delaware.
Comtech was selected by Sogeti USA as a preferred vendor
servicing IT Staff Consultants. Together with Sogeti, we
deliver business value services including Insights & Data,
Digital Transformation, Digital Manufacturing,
Applications & Cloud Technology, and Digital Assurance
Testing to leading edge companies.
The General Services Administration (GSA) awarded Comtech
the Public Buildings Service (PBS) Electronic Document
Management System (EDMS) task order under the Blanket
Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Information Technology and
Development Services (ITDS). Valued at $4 million, this
work is a continuation of a previously held contract
previously held. The PBS EDMS serves as the official
repository for the Project and Drawing Library (CAD
(Computer-aided Design) Library), Region 9 EDMS, drawings,
documents and files. The EDMS includes a variety of custom
document types, user groups and other types of
customization to meet PBS requirements. Comtech will
provide maintenance and support for the platform for all
current and future EDMS projects.
Comtech received an award notice issued by the State of
Delaware to provide IT Staffing Services. Comtech will be
responsible for the professional quality, technical
accuracy, and timely completion of task orders provided by
the State of Delaware.
Following the award of the Regional Buildings Monitor and
Control Support Task Order, we provide IT support services
for managing building monitoring and control (BMC)
projects within the PBS regions. Our personnel report to
the PBS CIO’s office and work side by side with GSA and
PBS regional IT and business line personnel to ensure the
needs of the regions and the needs of the national program
are coordinated and mutually satisfied.
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs awarded Comtech a
second year for providing Highspeed Internet Service for
their two facilities Veterans Integrated Service Networks
(VISN), VISN 1 and 2 location. VISN 1 is located at VA in
Bedford, MA and VISN 2 is located in New York. The
Department of VA Medical center has been pleased with
Comtech providing 100 Mbps Speeds.
The Army continues to modernize its ERP business systems
to simplify operations, optimize processes, and provide an
accurate, Enterprise view of business information to all
users. AESIP is a key component of this initiative.
Comtech is supporting IBM on the AESIP contract. AESIP
integrates business processes and systems by serving as
the Enterprise hub for the Army’s logistics and financial
ERP business systems. In addition, AESIP Enterprise
Business Intelligence provides a single collective source
to collect, maintain, organize and aggregate Army data
from multiple sources across the Army Enterprise.
Applications within the AESIP Business Intelligence
platform provide queries, reports, statistical analysis,
forecasting, online analytical processing, dashboards, and
data mining applications.
Comtech is part of a joint venture with Solutions By
Design on a General Services Administration (GSA) 3rd
generation 8(a) STARS II GWAC (Government-wide Acquisition
Contract). This joint venture is called Estrela Tech, LLC
and is ISO 9000:2008 and CMMI-DEV level 3 certified.
Comtech was also awarded a Multiple Award Task Order
Contract (MATOC) for IT Staff Augmentation consulting
services by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit
Authority (WMATA). We received contracts under three task
order groups (TOG): TOG 1 – Project Management Operations,
TOG 4 – Network and Communications, and TOG 8 – IT
Security.
With the award of the Financial Administrative Systems
Division (IBF) Financial Management Line of Business
(FMLOB) Application Support Services Task Order and IBF
Human Resource Line of Business (HRLOB) Corporate
Technical Support Services Task Order, Comtech provides
the IB with personnel that bring extensive systems
development life cycle (SDLC) experience and knowledge to
provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support of the
existing IBF financial management systems and reports,
including underlying technical architecture and
infrastructure. Comtech provides O&M and Development,
Modernization, and Enhancement Support (DM&E) support, to
include project management, analysis, development,
implementation, testing, and training, for the financial
management application currently maintained by the IBF.
Comtech provides GSA, PBS, Office of Financial and HR IT
Services (IB) with development and support services in
support of the ten ePayroll applications and ten
miscellaneous corporate applications maintained by the
IBF.
Comtech completes its annual external audit of its ISO
9001 : 2008 certification to ensure its compliance in
maintaining a framework of business practices.
Comtech’s affordable cloud computing services in
partnership with Amazon Web Services have grown. Clients
have the ability to run workloads on web, mobile and
social applications securely while avoiding costs
associated with maintaining personal infrastructure. New
price reductions and additional service offerings for AWS
Data Transfer and Amazon CloudFront have made cloud
services more robust and affordable for clients.
Comtech has developed a product called Comtech
Consolidated Content Point of Origin (C3-PO). C3-PO
provides users with a simple unified point of access for
indexed enterprise content stored across Shared Network
Drives, Content Management Systems and Cloud Storage
Systems. Users do not have to login or learn the system of
storage syntax and can perform this search across all
storage systems simultaneously. Users can search all of
the enterprise’s content from a single interface without
interacting with the storage system.
Comtech has developed a number of web applications using
AngularJS 1.2, RESTful Web Services and Node.js. AngularJS
is one of the leading open-source JavaScript frameworks
for web application development. Since its initial
release, it has experienced considerable growth in
adoption and community support from developers and
corporations, and its implementation at Comtech is part of
our commitment to implementing open-source technologies
and solutions.
Comtech and iPerceptions were partnered together to win
the Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies
(OCSIT) Customer Satisfaction Survey Tool (CSST) Task
Order. Through this project, we provide an online customer
satisfaction survey tool that integrates with Google
Analytics Premium (GAP). In addition to measuring these
four key aspects of customer satisfaction above, we
deliver a customer satisfaction survey tool that
integrates with Google Analytics, so that federal agencies
can see web analytics and customer satisfaction survey
data in one dashboard.
Blue Cross/Blue Shield CareFirst – Federal Employees
Processing Operations Center (FEPOC) selected Comtech as a
prime contractor to fulfill IT staffing requirements over
the next five years. Comtech provided exceptional IT
professionals to FEPOC during the first contract. As part
of the second contract, Comtech will provide contingent
workers to FEPOC across a wide range of technical and
process disciplines. These professionals will contribute
to the enhancement and development of new applications to
support FEPOC’s members and Blue Cross/Blue Shield
providers.
The General Services Administration (GSA) awarded Comtech
the Public Buildings Service (PBS) Pacific Rim Region (R9)
task order under the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for
Information Technology and Development Services (ITDS).
This award continues Comtech’s support of R9 as part of
the Document Management Team and the Regional Spatial Data
Management (SDM) Computer Integrated Facility Management
(CIFM) Team. Comtech will provide website and application
design, development, maintenance, usability, graphic
design and scanning support.
The General Services Administration (GSA) awarded Comtech
the Public Buildings Service (PBS) Region 2: Application
Development, Operational Support and Ancillary Services
task order under the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for
Information Technology and Development Services (ITDS),
valued at $2 million. The Northeast and Caribbean Region
(Region 2) of the Public Buildings Service (PBS) manages
federal space and provides real estate solutions to
government agencies located in New York, Northern New
Jersey, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Under this
contract, Comtech will provide application development,
maintenance and user support for Region 2.
Comtech was awarded a contract by the General Services
Administration (GSA) Office of Inspector General (OIG) in
support of the OIG IT infrastructure. Comtech will be
providing a team of system engineers to support
approximately 30 servers and appliances in Central Office
and another 10 across the continental United States, along
with roughly 100 virtual machines within the OIG IT
infrastructure.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) awarded Comtech
the Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Master
Ordering Contract (eFAST MOA). The acquisition vehicle
allows long term procurements for an expanded array of
professional and support services nationwide to better
serve the requirements of the FAA, and other Federal
Government Agencies when deemed to be in the best interest
of the government. The MOA will be FAA’s preferred small
business contracting vehicle for services.
